Underrated Harry Potter Characters (click the link for more)
I might have just made this up, but I always had an idea that made sense in my head of why Fleur kept falling behind the other champions in every task, even tho she was supposed to be the greatest student from a great school. I just sort of imagined education given Beauxbatons had a different focus. The students visiting Hogwarts seemed to immediately connect to Ravenclaw, and Fleur’s biggest qualities are her open-mind and her sociability. I always kind of pictured Beauxbatons being less about foolish wand-waving and more about diplomacy, theory and philosophy, and history of the magic society and stuff like that – they’d have interesting and compelling debates instead of the tedious History of Magic classes they had in Hogwarts, and it made sense in my head so I thought I’d let you guys know.
